Privacy Policy

This policy covers the personal data you submit through the contact form. The site does not collect personal data in any other way.

The data controller

WebRoliX. For privacy matters, contact us at info@webrolix.hu. We have not appointed a data protection officer, because the conditions in Article 37 GDPR do not apply.

What we process

Only what you enter into the contact form yourself:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Company
  • What are you interested in?
  • Message

Of these, only your name, e-mail address and message are required. The site uses no analytics, does not track you, and builds no visitor profiles.

Why we process it

For one purpose only: to answer your inquiry. We do not use it for anything else, we send no newsletters, and we do not add your address to any mailing list.

The legal basis

Legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: answering an inquiry sent to us. This serves your interest too, since you are the one who wrote to us.

How long we keep it

1 month from the arrival of your inquiry. The message arrives as e-mail, and we delete it from the mailbox. Before sending, it waits encrypted in the server's mail queue, usually for a few seconds; if delivery fails for good, it is deleted from there automatically after 30 days. When a submission is filtered out as a bot, the server log also records the sender's IP address; we keep the log for 30 days.

Who can access it

Besides us, only the providers without which the site would not run:

  • Hetzner Online GmbH — operates the server (Germany, EU)
  • Zoho Corporation — delivers and stores the e-mail
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — bot filtering on the contact form (Turnstile)

We do not sell your data, and we pass it to no one for marketing purposes.

Cookies

The site sets two first-party cookies: webrolix_session identifies your session, and XSRF-TOKEN protects the forms against cross-site request forgery. Both are strictly necessary, so we do not ask for separate consent. We use no analytics or marketing cookies.

Third parties

The contact form runs the Turnstile bot filter from Cloudflare, Inc. — this is the only external service your browser talks to. Fonts are served from our own server, so no external provider is involved there.

Your rights

You may request access to the data we hold about you, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, and you may object to the processing. Write to info@webrolix.hu and we will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian supervisory authority (NAIH, naih.hu) or take the matter to court.
